ORCA’s path redundant network was the first and is still the only metropolitan Ethernet service in Coos Bay and North Bend. Utilizing state of the art solutions, ORCA is able to provide fiber to the premise solutions as well as traditional and enhanced TDM and DSL services.
Tribal One Broadband Technologies, LLC, dba ORCA Communications is a subsidiary of the Coquille Economic Development Corporation (CEDCO) and was established on January 1, 2002. CEDCO is the sole member of this tribal limited liability company which is 100% owned by the Coquille Indian Tribe.
